Jeffrey Youle has over 30 years of experience in the private equity industry including numerous investments in the telecom, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics sectors. Jeff currently serves as the Chairman of Affiniti, a unified telecommunications provider and is a Principal Owner of a top decile performing building materials retailer. Jeff was also co-founder and Managing General Partner for Global Leveraged Capital Management LLC ("GLC"), a middle-market merchant bank, and previously held a number of senior management positions during a 17 year career at BNP Paribas.

Jeff received a BA from Albion College, and a MBA from The University of Michigan.
